You will need:
- Cook the vol-au-vents and place on a wire rack.
- Whilst the vol-au-vents are cooling melt some chocolate (melt it in a glass bowl over a pan of hot water, not directly in a pan).
- Dip the top of the vol-au-vent casings in the chocolate.
- Place some fruit or jam in the vol-au-vent casing and cover with fresh cream.
- Add sprinkles to decorate.
